These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of lusychat.art ("Site"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

The Site contains content for adults 18 years of age or older. You must confirm that you are at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) before entering. By using the Site you represent that you meet that requirement.

2. Nature of the Site

LusyChat is an independent affiliate review and information site about AI companion products. We do not own, operate, or control the products we discuss. Our content is editorial in nature and includes affiliate links to partner products. We are not affiliated with LusyChat.ai or with the other AI companion brands compared on the Site unless explicitly stated.

3. Affiliate Links and Compensation

The Site contains affiliate links. When you click such a link and sign up for a partner product, we may receive a commission. This compensation does not increase your price. It does not, on its own, determine our editorial position — but it should factor into how you read any positive recommendation. See our Disclaimer for details.

4. No Warranty

The Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Pricing, feature lists and ratings on third-party products change frequently; we do our best to keep these current but the partner's own site is always the authoritative source.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LusyChat will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Site or any partner product reached through the Site. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our liability is limited to AUD $50 or the minimum permitted by law, whichever is greater.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose, (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or our servers, (c) scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of the Site without permission, (d) misrepresent your age.

7. Intellectual Property

All Site content — text, graphics, logos, layouts — is the property of LusyChat or used under licence. Third-party trademarks (LusyChat.ai, GoLove AI, Replika, Janitor AI, Candy AI, Secrets AI, CrushOn AI, and others) belong to their respective owners and are used here only for editorial reference.

8. Third-Party Sites

The Site links to third-party sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Visiting a linked site is your decision and is governed by that site's own terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia, unless a non-waivable statutory right of your home jurisdiction requires otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
